As we follow advice from our Federal, State and Local authorities, for the foreseeable future we will be conducting TELEHEALTH sessions and NOT in person sessions in our Roseville, Auburn and Tahoe facilities.
A HIPAA compliant, secure suite called Doxy will be used.
As we gather more information, we will continue to assess the need for phone sessions and advise our clients accordingly.
We are doing our part to mitigate the spread of COVID 19 by putting this plan into place.
If you are an existing client with an appointment scheduled, you will be getting an email, text or call notifying you of this temporary change.
Clinical and Management staff will still be in the offices to answer phones and conduct business as usual.
It is our hope that this measure will assist in the mitigation of the current viral spread and reduce the risk of exposure to our staff and clients.
